The challenge was to evolve the platform from a simple homeowner service into a robust business solution. This required reimagining how companies could efficiently manage multiple projects, team members, and firefighter relationships through a single interface.

Working closely with stakeholders, I designed a comprehensive dashboard system that streamlines project creation, firefighter selection, and payment processing. The new interface allows businesses to track active projects, manage team permissions, and maintain ongoing relationships with trusted firefighters in their area.

This design system helped establish a foundation for growth, leading to the platform's successful acquisition and rebranding as Helpful Heroes.
